I am loving this app so much! I get excited about working out. It really keeps me focused and because of that I push myself harder. When I started this app I just wanted to get in the routine of working out regularly, nothing other than just to be healthy. The side benefits of getting more toned are of course an awesome bonus. One of my favourite things is to look at @kayla_itsines’ profile and progress photos- they’re so inspiring! Just finishing up the challenge and #liss for beginner week 4. Yeah it’s “beginner,” and I can’t believe it because the workouts are so hard. I’m fairly in shape and have been finding the workouts really difficult- I wonder what the real training is going to be like?@sweat
